What we process, and why

• Contact form — when you send the form, your name, email and message are transmitted and processed via Formspree Inc. (USA) and delivered to our inbox. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Call booking — the "Book a call" buttons link to Calendly LLC (USA). If you book, Calendly processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request.
• Hosting & server logs — this site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), which processes IP addresses and technical request data to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
